My „Schlauchboots“ are damn good fighters. Was surprised how powerful they are. Need to test how good they attack cities

Frigates are extremely powerful and hard to counter - I am curious how this will pan out.
Do we have any rules on „if civ loses its capital“?
I am used to play NQ (no quitters) games via Steam (there is group of dedicated streamers) and their rules.
imo, if you capture my capital I would concede to you (Kerris) and make way for a new game.
Dunno how „exciting“ the game is for Moby and Haktom?
I´m still not sure that I can capture your capital. Lets wait how this is ongoing.
At this point I can not go back. My army needs all of my money and so my cities are not so big. A change of my strategy will end in my own death.
Maybe start a discussion after my ships or you capital is down.

What happened in the last game (which I won) was, as soon as I started winning the others all quit (apart from William). This is because they are a bunch of losers. Seriously though, I thought they quit too soon (apart from Moby, who was well beaten….by me….did I mention that I won?).
It is no fun as the leader when you start to win and everyone quits. I think we should agree to play until the person in the lead agrees that it isn’t worth playing anymore. I’m happy to do that.
Plus there are other new ways to win now right? Tourism etc…
Sure Lloyd, but you need to take the „fun“ factor from the other players perspective in consideration.
Just doing your move but being irrelevant to the outcome of the game is very frustrating.
In the NQ group they have the rule to set up a vote for being „irrelevant“ - if all players agree, the player is dismissed from the game.
AI is set to Immortal by default.
Also I suggest to have a Small Pangean Map in our next game.

i am having fun an i am clearly able to win this game, fyi. i find i rather amusing talking about ending a game as the strongest player atm
i agree that the AI is set up too easy
